Customer facing the Aprisi system provides automated call handling and voice recognition that interpret and respond to customer speech in both Spanish and English. It also integrates messaging solutions of outgoing text and email notification.
On the backend our developers build custom integrations to multiple client systems and databases including sales and service provisioning applications. When a sale is complete the integrations automatically update and trigger service scheduling and the ability to claim revenue.
