Istonish has created the Rewards Progam to show our appreciation to past and present consultants. There are two ways to win 1) Candidate Referrals and 2) Sales Lead for IT Staffing or IT Managed Services. Please read the rules below.

Candidate Referrals

All referred candidates will receive equal consideration as applicants from other sources.
All candidates must have some personal association to the person referring them. No third party arrangements will be allowed.
Product rewards will be provided on the following situations that result in billable service to Istonish clients: Permanent placements whereby Istonish receives a placement fee, billable full or part-time temporary positions. Full-time is defined as a consistent 40-hour or more work week for 3 months or longer. Part-time engagements require that a minimum of 160 hours are billed. Referred candidates must be placed with an Istonish client within six (6) months of the referral in order to be eligible to receive a referral product reward.
All referral rewards will apply only if the consultant referred is not in the Istonish candidate database and Istonish is not in possession of the individuals resume at the time of referral. Istonish will immediately notify you of any candidate referrals who are not eligible to receive a bonus.

Eligibility
All active consultants and past Istonish consultants are eligible to participate in the rewards program.

Reward

Part-time Engagement: The consultant/employee who refers the successful candidate will receive Kodak EasyShare S510 digital picture frame or an Apple iPod shuffle.*
Full-time Engagement: The consultant/employee who refers the successful candidate will receive an Apple iPod nano or Canon PowerShot SD750 IS digital camera.*

*Istonish has preselected items and they are not to exceed $200.

Sales Leads for Staffing or Managed Services Opportunities

It is our intention to reward Istonish consultants for identifying and referring sales leads that are appropriate for the services and solutions that we provide. These services and solutions include: staffing engagements (both contract and permanent placement), outsourced managed services including help desk, network monitoring, on-site desktop support, custom application development, hosted IVR and business consulting.

Eligibility
To be eligible to receive a reward for the referral of a sales lead, all of the following must occur:

The opportunity must not currently be known to the Istonish sales team.
You must provide an in-person introduction to a key decision maker.
The opportunity must result in a full-time or permanent placement staffing or other Istonish service resulting in the sale of billable services of $10,000 or more.

Reward

The consultant/employee who meets the eligibility requirements can select an Apple iPhone or GPS Navigation system - HP iPAQ Pocket PC. Maximum cost will be $400.00.

All rewards will be provided by Istonish within 15 days after the start of the billable services.
