Istonish Moves Jobs to U.S.
Denver - May 1, 2007 - In a reversal of the usual trend toward offshore or near shore outsourcing, Istonish, Inc. recently moved jobs back to the United States. As part of the company’s new expansion effort, Istonish moved its technical / Third Party Verification (TPV) call center from Vancouver, BC, Canada to the Istonish corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado. By doing so, the company instituted many new hires from the local marketplace, including several bilingual call center professionals.
Moving our call center operations back to the United States was the right thing to do" said Annette Quintana, CEO of Istonish, and we can exercise greater quality control by keeping our technical and TPV call center here in Denver. Our decision shows other corporations that they can find the business-friendly climate and skilled workers they need to succeed right here in Denver."
The move comes on the heels of the company's evolution from two companies into one that offers full-spectrum business consulting, information technology, automated voice, and Third Party Verification (TPV) services. Although operated as sister entities for more than a decade, TeamExcel and Istonish, Inc. formally banded under the name Istonish, Inc. in March of 2007.
