Annette brings 20 years of business experience to Istonish, with 14 of those as an entrepreneur. In 1990, Annette founded an information technology services company that has grown into an international business. Annette's leadership and vision continues to drive the evolution of new and compelling offerings. Her credibility as a business leader has been confirmed through many business recognitions and awards. Many of these acknowledge her commitment to building an innovative, successful and positive company for employees, as well as her leadership and involvement in the community. Annette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University.

Victoria is a seasoned executive and the principal partner in building Istonish. As an owner, director and manager, she guides the company’s overall operations. Her focus is decidedly on optimizing processes, creating structure, aligning systems to business needs and maintaining employee connections. Victoria has bridged her leadership roles within the community to increase the visibility of Istonish on a local and national level. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Colorado State University.

Jim Roberts

With 20 years in the computer, aerospace and telecommunications fields, Jim has excelled as an engineer, programmer, architect and manager. He joined Istonish from Hewlett-Packard Consulting as a seasoned technologist, account manager and solutions consulting manager with extensive experience in communications industry technology and solutions integration. As regional partner for Hewlett-Packard's consulting practice, Jim was responsible for managing technical and sales teams that developed, sold and integrated large software projects for high-speed data acquisitions systems, interconnect gateways and middleware applications. Jim and his team grew the business from $2.5 million to $32 million in less than three years. He also has held management positions in several Fortune 100 companies, which attained significant consulting growth. Jim was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University.

Carl B. Kunkelman
Chief Marketing Officer

Carl has over 20 years of experience of sales leadership, executive level marketing and business development in the healthcare industry. During his career Carl has launched several new software products with complementary service offerings, cancer diagnostic platforms and leading edge pharmaceuticals. Carl joined Istonish in early 2009 as Chief Marketing Officer to help the company brand and leverage its early success in helping hospitals migrate to Electronic Medical Records or EMR. Carl brings to Istonish executive level healthcare market knowledge, broad hospital experience and success in launching new product and service offerings. Carl earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the University of Maryland.

Dave Spear
Vice President
Sustainablity

Dave Spear has over 24 years experience in operations, sales and marketing with both technology companies and consulting services firms. He spent 13 years with Hewlett-Packard, first as an IT Engineer programming on HP mainframes and PCs, then moved to HP technical marketing and finally into sales and sales management for HP's breadth of computer products, software and services. Dave has also worked as a Principle Consultant to national telecommunications and technology companies. Prior to joining Istonish, Dave co-founded Virtual Technologies, LLC and served as General Manager.

Dave joined Istonish in early 2008 as Vice President of Sustainability to help establish internal sustainability principles, “green” Istonish’ existing services and augment these services with Green IT and Virtualization solutions. As part of these solutions, Dave established a Green IT solution ecosystem through strategic partnerships with product vendors and service providers.

Dave holds professional technical and/or sales certifications in Green IT-enabling technologies including VMware, Virtual Iron, Citrix XenServer and PlateSpin. He also established Istonish as an affiliate member of Climate Savers. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Operations from Brigham Young University.

John J. LaMere
Controller

John has over 18 years in the accounting industry, including 9 years as the Controller of Istonish. His breadth of knowledge of accounting principles and his development of various financial reporting formats have contributed to the ongoing financial stability of Istonish. John was responsible for the conversion of the entire Accounting Department and implemented a complete financial package. Responsible for the daily accounting operations for Istonish, John plays a key role in customer and employee satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely billing and payroll. John earned a bachelor of science in accounting from State University of New York at Platsburgh and earned his CPA in 2006.
